3. Services
LaunchPad Digital offers digital services including web development, video production, digital marketing, AI & automation consulting, and branding & design. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon separately in a written project proposal or contract before work begins.
4. Quotes & Proposals
- All prices quoted are in euros (€) and exclude VAT (25.5%) unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
- A service begins only after both parties agree in writing (email confirmation is sufficient) and the first monthly payment has been received.
5. Payment Terms
- Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
- Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest as permitted under Finnish law (Korkolaki 633/1982).
- Custom one-off projects may be quoted separately with terms specified in the proposal.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide necessary materials (text, images, brand assets, access credentials) in a timely manner.
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual Property
- Client materials: You retain all rights to content and materials you provide to us.
- Final deliverables: Ownership of custom deliverables (website code, designs, videos) transfers to the client upon completion of the agreed service term unless otherwise stated.
- Portfolio rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Third-party assets: Stock photos, fonts, plugins, or other licensed assets used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Revisions & Changes
- Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal.
- Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
- Either party may cancel a subscription by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
- If the client cancels mid-cycle, the current month’s payment is non-refundable as it covers work already planned and in progress.
- Any custom deliverables completed up to the cancellation date remain the client’s property.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We strive for excellent quality but do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., traffic, sales, rankings) from our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
